Get annualised rental commission paid upfront:
Choose between a shared risk (2 installments) or a zero risk (once-off) commission payout model. These models will be paid by PlusGroup after a successfull rental placement and to reward our partners, we will pay out the sum of the rental commission for the opted term upfront – The rental risk is on us!
*The above sample applies for management rentals only. Procurement rentals do not apply as they are once-off transactions.
